The entire property is available for holiday rentals approximately 24 – 26 weeks of the year from March to September.
In short, the accomodation provides 5 double bedrooms, 5 showers, 1 bath and 6 wc’s
In detail, the accomodation comprises of:-
Exterior – There are two private off road parking spaces, a large front garden laid to lawn with shrubs and palm trees, a terraced back garden with barbeque and seating area and a back yard.
Interior – Downstairs:- entrance vestibule with original stained glass partition into hallway with antique hall table, sanded wood floors (throughout property) and highly original artwork, by the owner. Door to – dining room with antique furniture including massive mahogony table to seat 10 and unusual upright piano based dresser. Large bay window with fantastic sea views, marble fireplace with cast iron electric stove – glazed french doors to sitting room with two large leather sofas, built in bookcases to all walls, with miles of reading, marble fireplace with cast iron electric stove – TV / SKY / WiFi / Wii
Kitchen – Antique oak wall cupboards, hand made kitchen units with stainless steel worktops, 6 gas burner hob, 3 electric ovens, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave etc. Breakfast area with welsh dresser, table and pew.
Utility room with Miele washing machine, tumble drier and belfast sink. Seperate downstairs WC.
Upstairs – from hallway up beautiful original staircase to landing with off it.
